Worked for these people for three years and held a manager position. It was literally the worst company I have ever worked for, and the work environment was extremely toxic. My bosses would fight amongst each other every single time I went in for a shift, causing me and my employees to get dragged into their cat fights and conflicting directions. I had an adult boss trying to get retribution towards me and my coworkers because we were honest about his extremely poor managing of our station. I had my boss commenting and making jokes about aspects of my body/appearance such as my hair cut, or my nose ring, or whether or not I was wearing makeup which is 100% inappropriate. Certainly not all, but a good handful of full-time staff are rude to college students and seem to feel we are incapable of working hard or performing simple tasks. Any sort of leadership, creativity, or individuality is nipped at the bud and indirectly discouraged. I met some of my best friends at college at this godforsaken job and some of the managers are super cool, but man I wish I avoided it all together.
I have only been working for this company for 4 months and it just may be one of the worst places I have ever worked at. I am a non traditional student at UWSP and was going to school part time in madison before this and the company I worked for (Cool Beans Cafe) was far more understanding of my responsibilities and school being the number one priority. This is an ON CAMPUS JOB and they seem to have no regard for the students that work for this company. They are completely disorganized, dirty, and lack any sort of sympathy or respect for students and the students who work for them.
