The bartender ignored us when we arrived, then it took me 15 more minutes to get another drink while he came and went from thw bar multiple times. He got our order wrong, then ignored us when we tried to correct him (we asked for check early because we knew it would take forever to get it based on the trend.) Then when the order came out it was incorrect, when we told him he said he would correct it. 30 minutes later we asked him if we could have the original order we asked for. He gave us a "1 minute" finger", instead of actually talking, or acknowledging us. Then finally came back with the correct order. I have never had someone about eye contact, and service so much in one visit. Even if you are busy, acknowledge your guest, inform them of the wait, update them on their food, and make them feel welcome not a burden.
Service very slow. Nice waitresses, but entirely too slow. The kitchen didn't have our appetizers ready for an hour. And the food was only just edible. Definitely only order fried foods, that way you know it's not microwaved. Would not go back. 0/10
Food was terrible. The menu makes it look amazing but what you get is far from. It was unevenly portioned, one of the to go plates had more noodles then the other. And both chicken breasts were burnt. I understand a to go plate won't be as good looking as it would being served in the restaurant its self, but it should still look appealing. Im not gonna even start on the portion of broken chips and burnt microwaved spinach artichoke dip. The only that looked good on our order was our daughters chicken mac n cheese and her yogurt with strawberries, and that's saying a lot for a kids meal. In all we spent about $29 and only our daughters meal was worth it. Instead of microwaving all your food and sauces, you should cook to order so it at least taste a bit better.
Extremely poor service. Took forever to get our salads, entree' s served incomplete, never got refills. Karol "forgot" and then never offered to get us refills. Never seen a manage and survey conveniently disappeared off the pay at the table device. Definitely won't go back to the Steven's Point Applebees.
Went for dinner Friday evening. When served our food, we had no silverware. Brought this to waitress's attention. She said she'd take care if it. She then is taking care of other customers. When she came back, I said we don't have our silverware yet or our appetizer either. Still took her another 5 minutes before bringing silverware and another 10 minutes before appetizer came after our meal. This is so backwards. Very poor service. Doubtful I will ever go back again.
