Many companies say they 'stand by' their work. Premier Auto Body truly does. Last fall, they replaced the front brakes on my vehicle. Recently, I was hearing a 'rubbing' noise when backing out of my garage each morning. I took the vehicle in for it's routine oil change and asked the service technician to check the brakes to see if something was wrong. They did not find anything wrong when attempting to recreate the issue I was hearing. Hence, they asked if I would be interested in leaving the vehicle over night and they check the brakes first thing in the morning after the vehicle had been sitting for a long time. They were able to hear the 'noise' I was experiencing and had an acceptable explanation for it. The point is that Premier Auto Body did not want me to leave their business without an explanation and solution for the issue I was experiencing. The additional surprise, they did not charge me for the extra work they incurred in validating the issue. Again, standing by their work.

Their friendly staff were helpful and did not attempt to up-charge me on my out-of-pocket body repair. The shop is clean, welcoming, and pleasant to visit. They are not intimidating or deceitful. Would recommend to a friend!
We have been taking our vehicles here for several years. The fees are about average for the industry. Even if we have discount coupons for other shops we will always take our vehicles to Premier. They always seem to go above and beyond what other shops do and they work to educate why it may be a good idea/necessary to get service done on the car. I trust them to repair and keep the vehicle safe for my family.
