I've trusted my auto repair/maintenance work to A to Z Auto since a few years back when I moved into the Stevens Point area. They have always been fair and honest and the work done is quality! Now that I live in the Wausau area (40 minutes or so away), I still prefer to make the trip to this establishment because I have had such good experiences with this company in the past. It's worth giving this small company a chance to earn your business.
My son attends college in Stevens Point and I live in Chicago. I took my son's car to A to Z auto for some work to be done while I was visiting him and the quality of work performed was fantastic and extremely affordable. I called around and their prices was nearly half of what other shops were charging. The owner even found some additional issues with the car he fixed and didn't charge me for it as well as has told me that some work I thought it needed was not necessary and I would be wasting my money. The owner is honest and respectful and I now drive from Chicago to Stevens Point for A to Z auto to work on all of my vehicles. I have now brought 2 other vehicles from Chicago to A to Z auto. A to Z auto saved me nearly a thousand dollars working on my truck instead of taking it to the Ford dealer. The 4 hour drive for A to Z auto to work on my vehicles is definitely worth the trip.
The job that was done on my vehicle...HORRIBLE! Any person or business that is ok with giving a damaged tire to a mother traveling with 5 kids over the highway at night has no conscious! I was charged full price for a tire that had to be completely replaced the very next morning, due to a very bad patch job over, not a small hole, but a HUGE SLASH!
I ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR, BECAUSE IT'S NEEDED TO POST MY REVIEW, OTHERWISE MY RATING WOULD BE "0" STARS!
Had a 10AM appointment that was made a week ago. They "open" at 10. I rearranged my busy schedule to get some needed work done. I waited almost an hour. NO SHOW! WTF!
Pretty sure that they are no longer even open.

This company DOES NOT look out for the best interest of their customers, they only look out for the best interest of their pockets. Sad, very sad and the person, who claimed to be the owner, that we tried to speak to about this early the next morning displayed very bad, unprofessional customer service and business skills. in my personal opinion and from experience...the only good thing about this company is their long hours.
LADIES, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A MAN WITH YOU THAT KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT CARS OR IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE! THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF AND HAS PRODUCTS WITH POOR QUALITY!
