Let me start off with some context to my review. My wife and I are new to the Stevens Point area, upon a glowing review from a coworker I went in on 10/21/17 for winter tires for my 2011 Mini Cooper. The quoted price for the tires and service was reasonable, additionally the staff was very friendly. I picked up the car after the tire install and all seemed right with the world, until I realized that my summer tires were no where to be found in the mini. I stopped back two times to try and get my missing tires, the last time was today. I was told by the manager that they only found two of the tires and they were bad. I seriously doubt it because I purchased the car 3 months earlier from a reputable dealer but regardless , I wanted my summer tires back. Show me that they are worn and not serviceable. Poor form Auto select! Now I have to purchase 4 new summer tires. If this type of activity is local protocol then fine but I will be specific in future service requests that I want my tires back. I would like to say that I would go back to Auto Select because it seems like they are a good shop but I probably will not.
My husband originally worked with the team at Auto Select, but he couldn't make it back to pick up his truck before they closed, so I went. The truck wasn't quite ready yet, but they didn't have me wait long to pay and be on my way. The process was smooth, painless, and the price was cheaper than the quote! Can't beat that!
They always work to get me in as soon as possible. They are nice and reliable and very involved in the community. They are the only place I trust with my vehicle.
