Older woman gave us the run around and had us in there for over an hour making it seem like this one big task just to get a sim card. After she finally left after her shift, this man (I think his name was Erin) helped us in just 3 minutes! He also had a great attitude in which she was lacking
Still have my phone from 3 yrs ago because I dread every trip to this store... dont even try calling them. IF they answer all they say is “no” “i can’t” “ call 1800 number” “can you come in” ... if u have kids bring em with and have them set off those alarms on the demo phones.... thats about the only problem their employees can fix in a reasonable time is shuttin them alarms off... they have that one guy there greeting u at the door with his man purse. Thats the only reson i am giving them 2 stars.
Service was great. However, when thinking about switching, they couldn't tell me what kind of service I would get at my home. That's a problem.
