We get the same sandwiches every time - 11 no tomatoes and 13 no avacado, both with extra mayo. The man who made them ignored our order and simply made the standard 11 and 13. I know they had the order right as she had read it back to us when we ordered in the drive-thru.
I will not be going back any time soon. I'll continue to go to Cousins just right up the street.
When I called, the manager made no apologetic statement or actual acknowledgement that they had gotten our order wrong, even though she had to look up our order ticket to proceed. The options presented of bringing in our sandwiches to exchange, or them delivering new sandwiches for exchange, were not an option as we had started to eat.
We pick up here quite frequently, and more often than not something is wrong with our sandwiches. Missing cheese, missing lettuce, only cheese and mayonnaise on it - little things we get over because we want the quick sandwiches. But the reason I called to report my complaint today, and for writing a review, wasn't just because of a small mess up, but rather a complete disregard for our order altogether.
I don't go to Jimmy John's often, but I wanted a Beach Club today and was VERY disappointed! My sandwich came in sub bread, had almost transparent cucumbers, at least day old tomatoes, and no avocado. I am not sure what the issue is, but I'm not happy that I paid $6.65 for a sandwich that should have only cost me $5 with all that was wrong with it and missing from it.
Ordered subs, still no delivery 40 minutes later I call and they tell me driver will be back soon to make my delivery. I tell them just hold subs I will pick up on way to work. I get there and they tell me they have to ring it all up again to negate delivery charge and tip. Unbelievable they didn't have this done already because now I'm running late for work. TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Jimmy Johns - we love your sandwiches, but we so rarely get what we actually want anymore, that we might just stop getting any.
So no reimbursement at all was made worse by a rude manager who didn't want to constructively handle the complaint, but simply go through the motions.
Great place to eat! Friendly staff! Great service!
This was the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. The man at the window look like he was high and he didn't give me back my credit card. I had to go back inside to get it.
