Normally we have had good service in the past, however we placed an order several months ago that was awful!!!! I waited for almost an hour past the time the pizza was supposed to be ready. I had to re-order and then it was cold when I got the pizza. I tried to call the owner and let him know how awful it was, but was unable to leave a message. My wife and I decided to try pizza from other pizza places and we found some other good ones that are just as good or better than dominos. We decided to try dominos again to see what happens. Hopefully it will be better this time.
When they make pizzas. We recently ordered our usual. And both of us have the runs. .... Stomach ache...., and dry heeves..... All-day.. not cool.. otherwise usually the pizza is .ok ..will be hard to
Normally I have a reasonably good experience, however when reordering a previous order online using a gift card, my BBQ chicken pizza had no sauce. After calling the store from home I did not get much of an apology. I was advised I could get a sorry card mailed, but I advised i'd like a remake instead, fearing they would forget to mail the card to me. This time they made my pizza with the correct sauce but on thin crust instead of hand tossed. At this point my husband and I were tired of waiting for the store to get it's act together and just accepted the thin crust pizza.
ALWAYS forgets something!! I used to love Domino's but for the last few months I have regretted every time I ordered from them! In the last 5 times I have ordered they have forgotten my soda, then all my dipping sauces, then a PIZZA seriously how do you forget the pizza?! Then the dessert then tonight all the dipping sauce again! Every time this happens I call to complain and NEVER get an apology. They are always like oh we will bring it to you right now or we will give you a free side next time. Never ever have I gotten an apology. Again I love Domino's but I live 3 min from Pizza hut and think I will start ordering from them from now on!!
I've been ordering from Domino's for a long time. The food is good but I recently had the worst service I've ever dealt with. The other day, after working 11hrs. I ordered food and received a confirmation email as well as the pizza tracker saying my pizza was thrown in the oven. Needless to say I never received my pizza and I never received any compensation. Management was also rude and said the pizza tracker isn't controlled by them at all!! I was very disappointed.
I've ordered there in the past. But i Really wish they would start puttin gloves. On there hands
