Receptionist is always very rude. I went in for stitches at 8 am and didn't actually get my hand stitched up and meet with the real doctor until after 3pm.

I've been there twice for various reasons, and I've had excellent experiences both times. I went to UW-Madison and had mixed feelings about the providers there. Here, I felt they spent ample time with each patient to make sure they found the best solution. Jen Sorenson - a PA here - is phenomenal. Thank you!!
