Their service is fine. However, they've begun the practise of scheduling me and my son for yearly appointments without our knowledge. Whenever I schedule an appointment, I add it to my calendar or my son's calendar and the last two appointments they claimed we had for yearly visits were not appointments we scheduled.
Horrible Billing and Costs. We were billed $1289 for a walk in scratch to eye/issue with object in eye. Aspirus for the same service the previous year charged only $300. Tried paying with my HSA, and half the time their billing dept didn't pick up the HSA payment requiring phone calls and their threats to send it to collections. Never had issues with other local health care providers. Do yourself a favor and avoid them unless its the only choice left.
