Beautiful reserve, with lots of trails. Right in the middle of the city.
Well laid out msp with many hiking/walming options. Indoor restrooms, nice gift shop for all ages, very good low tech interactive history of the area. I actually went there 2 days in a row to walk.
Perfect trails to bike or walk and enjoy nature. Great for kids and adults, but dogs not allowed on several trails. Trails are lightly graveled or wooden planked.
This is about a 45 minute drive from me, but it is a good place to visit just to get away from people and enjoy nature.
Love bike riding here - It's nice to have such a secluded place with trails right in town. The Candlelight walks are also very fun!
