Locked my keys in my car at 6 pm on a Friday after coming home from working & driving home from 10 days at a hospice watching my mother fail and trying to help my father through it all. Service man was prompt and courteous after a very difficult day for me. Thank you for your help.
The price was outrageous, the lady who picked up the phone was snotty, and the guy didn't sound interested in my business. I called another guy and he agreed on half the price in 10 minutes. Not recommended.
Between me realizing I locked my keys in my car and the locksmith showing up and fixing the problem was a total of 25 minutes. Professional and friendly on a Sunday during the football game. Only gripe was the person that answered the phone needs to work on how to talk with customers.
