Nothing like being called to the counter and then being told "I don't know how to do this and it's past my lunch time so I'm going to put you back in the que. But you'll be next." However, when the next person was called it wasn't me. When the other customer stated I and repeated what the previous teller said, the clerk just stared at her and proceeded to take her paper work and process the transaction. Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Understaffed or at least seems that way
The workers were incredibly friendly, caring, and understanding! I was in and out in under 10 minutes for renewing my license, even though I had forgotten my old one at home! Overall, great employees, clean facilities, and a quick trip!
Just like all DMV centers, this one is no fun to go to. I will say that the staff has always been courteous, however. Tip: avoid long waits by not going on Mondays.
