Absolutely don't go here. I took in some sueded silk pants, after they got cleaned they were mysteriously no longer sueded. I also brought in a jacket. The silk lining was puckered. And someone did a very sloppy job trying to mend a small rip in the lining that I hadn't even asked to be taken care of; honestly, it looked like a child tried to fix it. Additionally, the cashmere turtleneck I brought in, although it was clean, had little bits of sediment on it. Also, so overpriced. For those three it was around $60.
My only regret is not using the free pickup and delivery to justify the cost.
I dropped off on Monday, ready for pickup on Thursday, cardiac arrest when I got the bill. They charged $22.79 to clean each suit. (I had 4 suites, a dress (wife’s) and a button replaced. = $120
I went to traditional cleaners after my wedding to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It has been a terrible process! When I went in, I was given a time frame of a month and it would be ready.... however it has been almost 2 months and it is still not ready. I was supposed to be given a call when my dress was ready for me to inspect it... 2 weeks after the month dead line, I gave them a call to see if my dress was in and ready to inspect. They said my dress was not in yet. They said they lady who does the dresses was on vacation the past week, but she is back now am getting caught up. However, an hour later they called and said they do have my dress and it actually has been sitting there for a week. I went in and inspected the dress. It looked great no stains. They gave me another time frame for when my dead would be preserved and boxed and ready for pick up..... they said it should be a week and it had been 2. I called back again to check the status of my dress and it is still not ready. They told the same excuse that they had made almost a month ago about the lady who does the wedding dresses was on vacation.
I’ve paid $12 - 16 in the past, checked online, the nationwide average rate is around $14.
