I went in to shop for men's wedding bands. I 1st walked in to a fishy smelling old dusty shop. While trying to shop I mentioned the Pro Trump Republican commentary coming from their speaker system. The redneck girl piped up from behind the desk and said "were supporters". I said i think hes a peice of sh**. A redfaced man came from behind a partial wall and told me I could take my business elsewhere. Customer service level 0!
One last thing. I do have a regret. The regret is I didn't buy the ring from Mark and Charlie, originally. If I had, the ring most likely would not have needed to be repaired.
I have been a long time customer of Grubba Jewelers, over thirty years. I drove up from Whitewater, where I live, to have my wife's wedding ring cleaned and inspected. Charlie and Mark are craftsmen. They repaired my wife's ring, within the time frame provided (two weeks) preventing any loss of diamonds. My wife loves her refurbished ring and I'm extremely happy it didn't cost me an arm and leg. I will continue to recommend others use Grubba's for their jewelry needs.
GO TO LEE AYERS JUST DOWN THE ROAD. I went in to get an engagement ring sized and I was greeted by an ass of an old man basically telling me the ring that means so much to me is garbage. I was treated like just another annoying kid (I'm 21). Also, in the 5 minutes I was in there, he treated his assistant terribly (potentially his wife, I'm not sure, however she was very nice to me), and insulted her and women in general multiple times. I will NEVER enter this place ever again. I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at Grubba Jewelers. I was looking for an engagement ring and Charlie knocked the price way down for me. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the type of ring I was looking for. He insisted on selling me a ring with structural integrity and I can't thank him enough for explaining to me the importance of a ring that will hold up over the years vs. a ring that will fall apart.
