Let me just say this "Kira THANK YOU for your service and kindness" sometimes the smallest actions impacts BIG on other people. The whole way home my father raved about her and said he could tell she was being genuine and not just doing her job.
Kira also notice my dad had a Veteran emblem on his walker and asked my dad if he was a Veteran which he replied yes, she inform him that he can get a Veteran discount at checkout and thanked him for his bravery and service to our country.
Target in point is the best box store available in town. I never feel like my soul is being sucked from my body or pressured into buying anything I dont want. The only issues: 1. No pregnancy/small children parking, but they do have a few spots available that noone seems to take. 2. Their clothing dept is large, but doesnt seem to carry BASIC WARDROBE NECESSITIES. Need nice but plain colored button up shirts? Nope. Need black pants? Not in season. Want leggings? Whar? I mean, theyre pretty clothes for the most part, but I never seem to find what Im looking for.
Keep up the good work TARGET with hiring people who actually care about the customer and not just a paycheck!!!
Target is great. There is always a nice variety of items and the prices are good. The layout of the store just makes sense so I never need to backtrack to find what I need. There is usually good staffing so if you need help it should be easy to find someone.
Good selection of items. Better overall quality of items than the competition. Easy to find the items and sizes that I needed. I received excellent customer service from the two employees who helped me find what I needed.
Thank you so much to Kira (target employee) for having A LOT of patience,understanding, and helping my (stubborn) father with his never ending list of random items. (My father is one of those old grumpy men with a direct way of telling it like it is, not an easy person to get along with or approach!!) Only two people actually greeted him (after being in the store already for 30 minutes), one of them was Kira from what I noticed she was really busy with putting together shelves of some sort, but managed to stop everything to say "Hi" and asked if there was anything she could help us with, boy was she in for a surprise!!!
Not only did Kira assist us but basically walked with my father around target to help fill his shopping list (which wasn't written down, all in his memory) by the 3rd item,she was smart to ask him what all exactly do you need or particularly looking for. Which was very funny because he was literally walking in circles trying to find items in all the wrong places. He did get all the items he was looking for plus a couple of other items that she suggested.
It was clean and orderly. The shelves were stocked. Plenty of employees to assist. They were willing to assist and were polite.
