The quality of the service department has gone down hill lately. I wonder if it is because of the new service center expansion. a lot of excuses and not seeming to care about the customer seem to be the norm lately. I hope it is just because of all the work going on in the building, not the attitude of the service desk personnel.
We bought our FreeStyle at Scaffidi in 2005 and, 223,000 miles later, all service work is still done by their Service department. The Service reps and mechanics take exceptional care of the car and of me as well. The shuttle service is wonderful and the waiting area is very comfortable. Work is done in a timely manner and it is done right the first time. The Service reps take the time to explain work and answer my questions. They have earned my trust and I feel valued and respected as a customer. I hope that my future vehicles will be bought and serviced here as well!
Very helpful and understanding. Bought a 2013 Honda Civic for my daughter and due to our schedules we could not make it to the dealership at the same time (2 hours away). They mailed the documentation to us and I had her sign and we were able to complete the transaction and get the car home. Also provided a carfax report. Before purchasing the car I researched the dealership, reviewed comments and saw the awards they have won. Wanted to make sure they were on the up and up. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back in the future.
My car was hit by a deer and Scaffidi Body shop did an excellent job from start to finish. They went to bat for me with the insurance company so I was able to get new Ford parts for my car as opposed to used or non Ford parts. The car at the end looked brand new and I could not be happier with their service. I hope to never have to use a body shop again but if I do I would not hesitate going to Scaffidi again.
