Service was okay. Main complaint was they ran out of waffle cones. What ice cream place runs out of waffle cones?

Awful customer service. I was the only customer in the store and I told the employee it was my first time trying Cold Stone Creamery hoping she would have guided me through their ice cream options but instead she just stood there looking annoyed as I spent 10 minutes reading all the signage myself. What I ordered (a small) ended up ringing up to over six bucks and when I politely asked what made it six bucks she said, sounding annoyed, well the ice cream you picked was 5 dollars to begin with (idk... I just pointed at a picture and said I'll take that).... The young lady who was working is clearly not cut out for customer service!! The ice cream was of course delicious...

The workers are very inconsiderate and they don't keep to their hours. Once I went on a Friday at 8:30 and they were closed because it had gotten too busy (there was high school state track in town). Another time my friends and I went in on a Thursday at exactly 9 (we didn't realize what time it was), and even though we were already inside the worker turned us away because apparently the register doesn't work after 9. One of my other friends had worked there and they knew it was a lie and the tone that the worker used made it even more rude. Won't be going back unless something changes.
